If you have questions concerning orders, parts, warranty service or repairs, please call us between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, M-F or send us a message. We maintain an extensive inventory of parts and in many cases can even repair very old units. Please note that we do not carry parts for other manufacturer’s equipment. If you are unsure whether your machine is a Lortone brand, please send a picture when contacting us. Machines sent for repair need to be clean and must include a description of the problem and phone number as well as address.
